Guys, I would be most obliged if some of you would care to take a look at a document I have been working on and passing on your own thoughts.
If anyone would assist on this I will happily email them so as to receive any feedback.
This document is primarily to be used by Well Test, Wireline/Slickline & Production Support crews when in the field and when they initially commence works for the day at that specific lease.
I am looking to introduce this as an excercise to keep minds on the job and ultimately increase the safety awareness, but hopefully not realising that they have that bit extra paper work & pre start checks.
JHA's/RA & Work Procedures are already in place but are now not being fully regarded upon due to frequency that they are used.
Every lease is potentially different obviously and because of the region (Cooper Basin, Australia) many diffirent hazards can materialise i.e. wash outs, other contractors waste/debris, weather, snakes, spiders other vermin.
Again any feedback would be more than appreciated.
