This forum is well used, however sometimes it is hard to find subjects of specific interest because of the volume of posts, even when using the search facility. The Retail & Distribution Group has recently been given its own discussion forum, so that issues particular to its members can be discussed. Would other IOSH members like to have their own Group discussion forums, or is it felt that all discussion streams should be kept here in the main forum?

Although I am not a member of the Retail & Distribution (R&D) group (I am in Agri Industries) I do have many elements of my job that cover R&D; would I therefore be excluded (am I indeed?) from partaking in such discussions? Do I need to join the R&D group and pay another subs to gain access to this forum?

Stuie, Hopefully not but probably yes. Perhaps the answer is to have a general forum then specific forums to discuss each group topic which may make finding topics easier? Take Care
