I recall visiting some major construction sites in London and there were large boards displayed indicating safety performance, similar to a league table. Areas measured were accidents and near misses, timely presentation of contractor and subcontractor safety inspection reports, upkeep of risk assessment and registers (scaffold etc) and regular operative training. Would anyone have such a KPI template or know where I could find one. I have looked at the CCG website but the examples are greater than what I need. My aim is to simply measure safety management and performance of contractors and display on a board to communicate improvement. Regards TB
