Hi I'm new to all this and I am looking for advice in how to get started on my CPD.
At the moment I have completed my NEBOSH general certificate & am at present working toward my NVQ4, I work for a small company in the construction, transport & recycling industry and I am putting together a complete H&S file for this company and also giving tool box talks & general training.
I am looking for advice in where to develop my career with the experience I have & will gain, all advice much appreciated.
