Hi Latchy I doubt it that you doing anything wrong, in fact it seems you are doing everything you can to find a full time H&S position. Unfortunately (and as has been stated on this forum by many others), times are currently hard; and we are in the position of having many people seeking few jobs; it is therefore a buyers market and employers seem to be seeking people at CMIOSH level. IMHO this position is unlikely to change in the very near future, so whilst I cannot help all I can say is keep plugging away and you never know. smitch

Keep trying - it took me from 1998 'till 2004 to get full time role in H&S but looking back the experiences I had on the way through were invaluable (different jobs, personalities etc). Never give up - Never surrender (to paraphrase...)

I keep hearing how too many people are applying for too little jobs. Why is it that a job I left on Friday has been advertised for three weeks and they have only had four applicants? Advertised through Jobcentre so plenty of opportunity to see it. Seems strange to me. But good luck Latchy.

Hi Latchy, just what others say, just keep on looking if you cannot find it within your place.. try looking at it internationally maybe your luck is outside your own country. this would be a great stepping stone for your future....BEST OF LUCK
