Dear All,

Just a quick one, is there a legislative need to prepare a fire risk assessment for work spaces (buildings) in the Irish Republic and Belgium?

Don't see any harm in doing them anyway, but just wondered about the legislation.

Thanks in advance

A member from Ireland may pass by soon.

I think they are still covered under the fire services act 1981. What directive would a fra come under?

Yes fire risk assessment is sort of mentioned in the EC 89/391 framework directive
