Hi, I'm looking for a tool to measure Job Observation ? i.e on the job assesments etc.

Count how many hazards to health or to safety are identified. Graph this against hazards eliminated or managed. Merv

The complexity of the task referred to by Merv depends on the context. Critical incident analysis and repertory grids are two well-established tools of the kinds he described. Several others are explained in 'Task Analysis', edited by B Kirwan and L Ainscough, Taylor & Francis, 1992.
