The fine weather has brought a wave of individuals misusing the air lines to clean and cool down, this is something of a major concern. I have already given tool box talks in the past and my Directors have sought to support me in enforcing a global ban on mis-use. I would like to re-visit the tool box talk becuase I feel that getting the information to source is critical in the environment that I work in. Can any one point me in the right direction for material, including pictures if possible, for information that I could include. Many Thanks

I would suggest making it formal in training so that each employee signs reception of presentation and/or manual. It is more a safety culture which needs to be changed and sometimes disciplinary action is the best way to do it. Supervisors and Managers need to take appropriate actions (supervise and warning).
