Can any fellow members (or guests) give advice on external H&S training ideally IOSH MS programme or of a similar content & standard that is readily available in Poland (Warsaw), Hungary (Budapest), Czech Republic, Romania and Russia (Moscow).

I have done some limited research on the web (in English) but have not been able to identify anything.
