Hi can anyone remember the name of the article that was in last months or the previous months SHP magazine to do with contractors and open ended questions that they asked them to identify if they were complying with site rules / the permit to work system?

I was wanting a copy of the article or more specifically a similar checklist to identify compliance or non compliance with site rules.

Any help appreciated.

ps. cant find the magazine myself which is why Im on the forum.
