Rank: Forum user		I would recommend anything written by James Reason. He offers some very profound insights into the psychology of occupational safety and how it drives behaviour. One of my favorites is "Managing the Risks of Organizational Accidents." Another interesting read is "The Logic of Failure" by Dietrich Dorner.
