Hi All, I'm trying to develop a management of change procedure for my site to manage changes to layout, equipment, processes, etc. I've written a procedure and a checklist form based on what i see as our business needs. I'm just wondering how good my procedure is and would be great to discuss and compare with others who have established and working procedures in place. If anyone wouldn't mind chatting about this and maybe sharing some examples it would be great help. Cheers

Hi, More than happy to help review/discuss your 'change management' procedure. Much depends on the nature/operation of the business that your procedure relates to, you know the risk levels etc. If your just covering changes to the operational side and only looking at the HS&E considerations, that's one thing; but if your procedure has a much wider basis, such as product changes/modification and your looking at the impact of a proposed change on the HS&E requirements, then more may be required. Also organisational changes within an business. It can become difficult. Please give me a call on 07714 322352 (M) or 0118 98 55208 (B)
