I work where although a lot of knive use has been eliminated, there are still a few instances where knives are the best option. Anti-cut PPE is used and operatives are trained but I personally do not like the use of very sharp (stanley type) blades used for this purpose, and we have had some minor accidents. Does anyone have any experience of ceramic knives as recommended by the HSE in their Plastics Processing Sheet No 12 "How to reduce your hand knife injuries"?
