Hi Wondered if there were any H&S people from big pharma out there who would let me know what proceedures they have in place for pregnant medicinal chemists. We take them out of the lab completetly once they've announced their condition. Do other people do anything more. Risk assessments etc all go without saying, but the precautionary principle is paramount for us. Have a good weekend... Graham
