Does anyone know of any good guidance on how to services and clean the small, portable air con units often used in offices.
I have seen sites where they are stored all winter and then just brought out and plugged in with no cleaning being performed.

The supplier/manufacturer should have supplied this information when your purchased/leased the equipment.

Google the manufacturer's name and get contact details - then ring his technical department and ask them.
