Hi All, We recently contracted our occupational health screening to a third party. We had some referral cases (category 3) which the report say they all fit to work. Are we suppose to assess the work they do on site and take precautions or just let them do their normal work. My opinion is because of their hearing loss they should be made to work at places with no FLT movement ect.
