Hi Latchy
I'm assuming you are looking at this from the applicants viewpoint
1. Look at the job description/person specification and have some questions ready on the role
2. Many jobsites have guidance on the types of questions asked at interviews
3. Your local library will have books on interview technique and questions
4. Research the company
5. Have examples of achievements
6. Try to stay relaxed and think before rushing in to answer
7. If you don't understand a question ask rather than waffle on
7. Good eye contact
8. Always remember to smile
I hope this helps

Bit vague there Latchy.
Research the company (if they have one look at the website)
Research the role
Clean, tidy and well dressed
Firm hand shake, eye contact, smile
Always been honest about yourself, even your own negatives
Don't be unprofessional about previous employers
Think of examples of achievements
Think of examples of when it has gone wrong
Be chatty, no one wants to work with a boring git
