Hi

Can someone clarify what qualifications/experience is required to sign off on BS 7909: 2008 paperwork ?
Does the electrician require to be 17th edition trained ?

Thanks
C

The only requirement under BS7671 & 7909 is that the person "signing off" is competent to do so.
There are certain conflicts between the 2 standards and 7909 is a CoP IIRC.
