As a new member I would be interested in any information, guidance or viewpoints from anyone working in the Security Industry especially how their company deals with increasing violence at work

Violence at work; Is it violence from other employees towards security or violence via the public against employees that U are discussing

Both violence towards staff and towards customers staff are issues we are concerned with, naturally we have a bias towards our own security staff, but violence towards the customers staff is often what leads to violence against them in the first place
