I am putting together a new H&S training course for risk assessments, and would like to ensure as much delegate interaction as possible. One thing I would like to introduce is some hazard spotting exercises.
I would like to ask if anyone has any training materials that they would share with me. Any types will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

There are good hazards spotting exercises in the IOSH Managing Safely Training packs.

IOSH might frown on the use of their copyright materials outwith their recognised courses though.
What's your industry, Page20007? There are some reasonable interactive DVDs out there.
A (time consuming) exercise is to "dress" an area of the workplace with a variety of faults for delegates to find and report on (much as used to happen with some of the old NEBOSH Cert exams).

Why not take some photos of your workplace (s) with hazards in place (making sure that you fix them before moving on). I've tried this in the past and it seems to get more "buy-in" as people are more familiar with the items & locations.

Thanks for the replies, I work in Sheltered Housing. The suggestion of creating hazards in the workplace and then taking pictures is a good idea. (I'll also put it back to normal)
Thanks again
