I would like to start an in depth gap analysis of various services within my Dept. Has anyone got fairly simple to use audit checklists or outlines that they would be willing to send me? Any replies would be gratefully received.

Thanks for reply - I have contacted Education Group vis IOSH and await their reply. I was hoping forum members might have done the same sort of thng (for non school children's services) and therefore might have a ready-made form that i cd use.
