Does anyone have a check list for any safety issues in a shared commercial property from either renter or landlord perspective?

Have been asked as a favour to get this information together so am just looking for any helpful info.

PS Fire risk assessment has been completed, but little else.

should be the same as with any inspection/regime for safety, only issues are then who are the duty holders and who is responsible for what...
