Hi Guys,

I am being asked at work to put together a demilition plan for the demo of a small refuse area 5m X 5m. I have put together a Job Safety Analysis, followed by a Risk Assesmsent, Folowed by a Safe Systems of work (Method Statetment), followed by attached drawing to scale. These have all been compiled into one document and are to be handed to the contracts manager.

My question is, do you think this is suffice for purpose?
And if the answer to this question is no, then does anyone have a template. Any help will be well recieved and much appreciated. I am wondering if ther is an industry standard type template.
