Unfortunately have just had to use the revamped RIDDOR online reporting procedure. Don't know if anyone has same opinion as myself but "drop down" menus are an absolute pain for those of us involved in a specialised sector and now having to try and find a "best fit"! What was wrong with online form already in place - IMO if it ain't broke why fix it!
