...they obviously didn't count my email to them asking to change the inequitable way of listing by order of first name! I imagine I wasn't the only one, so since when is it OK to put a politician-like spin on the truth?

I get the impression in this market it would be difficult to judge whether the register is a success or not - unless you do some serious research. Certainly my business website gets 'hits', but I've learnt that that doesn't mean contact will follow.
