Hi All Does anyone have some specific legislation that I can push this forward with. We have taken on a site in Spain and I asked the questions of how many forklifts do they have, what types, how powered and current licences. I know that in the UK there is guidance for Forklift training, and the understanding of someone being 'competent', but I think we are all in agreement that we either outsource the training or send someone from the company on a train the trainer course. If there is nothing in concrete, I would go down the route of forklift licences are required, but just wanted to find some info on the any legal requirements. Thank you in advance
