I am challenged to monitor the performance of H&S standards in 10 regional EMEA offices. The goal being minimum ststutory compliance per country. Each office has varying degrees of support and competance to help. I would be very interested to hear from any members with similar regional reponsibilities/chalenges and the approach taken, good or bad. Thanks
