I recently sent one of our employees on a ladder inspection course. He came back saying he had no handouts eg inspection checklists etc. Whilst I appreciate it was just an awareness course I was not happy that he had no handouts.
Therefor, does anyone have a training evaluation form that I can steal please, more for our people to fill out when they have been on the course to enable us to evaluate training providers?

Can I suggest, if practicable, that far better than any evaluation form is for you to attend any proposed external training for your staff so that you can assess 'first hand' the value of this training.

Thanks Alan.

Yes good idea about attending training with potential providers, thought they may charge me though!
