Having looked at the definitions relating to CDM and what is defined as "Construction Work" the interpretation state "redecoration".....Therefore a small decorating company that is sub-contracted to paint either internal or external walls / ceilings etc, this is classed as construction work?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated..

It is construction work and is covered under CDM07

All work like this is covered by CDM Reg. However, it may not be notifiable. BUT be assured it is CDM!
