It appears that lots of people received good news this year and have achieved Chartered status. Well done to everyone. For the few that did not make it, did you receive a break down on how to get through next time?

I know that when I am chairing Peer Panels I have to fill in a detailed account of why a candidate has been referred.

As a Panel we give constructive reasons why this has happened so that our colleagues can address these points at their next interviews.
