Can anyone tell me is there a document which details which moves are 'banned' and if there are any recent changes to the way the log roll is safely completed.

What do you mean by Banned?
The problem with this is that even old moves may still be used but in an adapted form which minimises the potential for musculoskeletal injuries and therefore its difficult to come up with an outright ban as both scientifically and clinically the move may not be damaging to both the mover and the patient.
