Nice to hear Ian Duncan Smith backing health and safety on national tv during question time....long may it continue...not that I like the bloke but its a positive news day me thinks.

He mentioned that we should take the H & S concerns around the closure of St Pauls due to the protest with a pinch of salt stating that 'health and safety' gets blamed for lots of things that are actually nothing to do with 'health and safety' and basically we get a bad press!!

Must admit it is the first time I've ever agreed with a Tory on Question Time!!!

Well that's refreshing, and somewhat surprising. Closure of St Paul's and the cuffufle about the protestors is in my humble opinion a case of the Church losing income and bowing to political pressure. As one of the protest banners states:

What would Jesus have done?
