hi all

how often should the F10 be revised?

also if it is an existing project how is the revised F10 completed?

The F10 only needs to be updated when they are any significant changes i.e.:

- Advising of the PC (when you have already submitted and did not know at the appointment of the CDM C)

- A new PC

- Start date changes by at least a month

When you complete the F10 you will get a reference number. You need to keep a note of that as it does not appear on the F10. When you want to update the F10 go on-line, click on updating F10 (or something like that) and enter in the reference number and make the necessary amendments.

Ask your CDMC as they are the people that you are paying to do this for you

If you have no CDMC or are acting as the CDMC I advise that you re-evaluate your position
