Hello -
I hope someone can help me or point me in the right direction.
I need to create some sort of excel tracker to have an instant overview of the amount of WSAs, PRAs and PEEP risk assessments that I carry out on a monthly basis. I'm looking for sample templates that I can alter to suit my requirements. I'm not really using anything at the moment and I need to get more organised so I can start entering the quantities in my monthly reports.
If anyone has a blank template that they don’t mind sending me that would be very appreciated. Obviously I won't use it word for word, but, it will definitely give me an idea of what sort of information I should be tracking as I am unsure if I want them very detailed or just with basic information - Thanks very much & have a lovely weekend, Lorna
