Opinions wanted (not reg quotes) What are your opinions on the frequency of replacing 'special corrective appliances'. My current stance is: • Replace when prescription has changed • not every two years when eyes have been tested again with no change to prescription • reasonable time where appliance could deteriorate (3-4 years) • not replaced when broken or lost - unless work related • not because they want additional appliance (due to fashion etc) Thanks in advance..
