Hi all ,
I am considering taking the Nebosh fire cert course but have been told because I took my gen.cert over 5 years ago that I have to redo my gen.cert again first before I can take this. Can anybody shed some light on this please?
Thanks,Carrickman

Hi Carrckman.

You do not have to do the gen cert first in order to do this course. What you do need is the first part of the general cert (management NGC1) If you aquire the NGC1 cert and then gain the FC1 and (FC2 practical) you will get the full Fire safety and risk management cert.

You could just do both the fire parts and gain parchment certificates, which is what I done first then got the NGC1 to gain the full cert.

Hi Carrickman.

You will need to do the NGC 1 again, not the whole cert.
