Has anyone got a straightforward way of documenting that they have adequate (or not) first-aid provision at their site? I'm confident that we have suffcient trained people on the various shifts, but how can I document this clearly?

http://www.hse.gov.uk/firstaid/assessmenttool.htm how about this? St John Ambulance used to have a similar tool on their website too.
