Hi
I work in a healthcare trust which which will soon take over and become the lead agency for adult social care from the council. Council staff will be TUPE across to Healthcare, and a number of care homes, day services and other buildings will also be fully transferred across, with the obvious impact of increasing our risk profile.
Does anyone have experience of this type of scenario? if so i'd appreciate any words of wisdom or thoughts about merging management systems, record transfer etc
