Good days all, I am Safety Manager of a cement plant in Turkey. Yestreday, I observed a safety issue at the working site. The issue was that an employee was using griding machine with griding wheel to cut the metal pipe. I checked our safe working procedure, however nothing was specially mentioned about it.
