I am looking to introduce a Manual handling Course for offshore workers. Can anyone recommend a course which includes a practical element?

I have used a company called Pristine Condition in the past that I would recommend. Their course is 50% classroom and 50% practical. They tailor it to your operation. They offer more than just the one-off training as they offer a follow up service as part of a behavioural change program. They were set up by an ex-Olympic weightlifter and the instructors I have dealt with are ex military PT instructors. They keep the sessions interesting and deal well with personnel at all levels of the business whether a director, engineer, operator or cleaner. You will never look at a jam donut the same way after attending one of their sessions. Check out www.pristinecondition.com
