They offer more than just the one-off training as they offer a follow up service as part of a behavioural change program. They were set up by an ex-Olympic weightlifter and the instructors I have dealt with are ex military PT instructors. They keep the sessions interesting and deal well with personnel at all levels of the business whether a director, engineer, operator or cleaner.
