Does anyone have anything that may help me on this. I feel that it will be similar to treating water with high fluoride content with acid. But it is always better to ask. All help suggestions welcome.

I am a bit cagey about this as an on site activity as it is very easy to get wrong without decent plant, well maintained and skillful operatives. It can be done in a factory environment buit then my requirements are easily fulfilled. Bob

Is this associated with remediation of the very high pH of concrete run-off water on Site?

Unless you have the capabilities of titration on site, you will be unable to determine the amount of HC1 you require to return to “Normal” PH. Storage and transportation issues within the site boundaries will require attention in addition to issues concerning exothermic reactions whilst mixing. Smokey Joe in large quantities is not the nicest of materials to handle
