Good Afternoon, I'm looking for some information on legal duties with respect to Radon Gas. In the workplace, HSWA, the Ionising Radiation Regs and Management Regs apply to employers, however we are also a landlord in addition to an employer. A number of websites speak about the landlord's 'duty of care' with respect to Radon, but fail to mention any specific legislation. Any ideas on what legislation this will fall under in Scotland? I had thoughts about HSWA 3(1) but suspect there may be certain Housing or Occupier's laws to consider here. Thanks.
