Hi Guys/Gals Would anyone be so kind and send me a copy of a pre construction info evaluation form please. There is one in use currently which I do not believe is sufficient and would like to see another example so I can come up with a better format. Thanks in advance

Hi, You would be better to look at the "Managing Health and Safety in Construction Acop" The Core Criteria for both Stage 1 & 2 Assessment can be found on pages 98 - 102 The Acop can be downloaded free from the HSE website on the following link. http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/priced/l144.pdf Depending on your companies policy on procurement SSIP Member Assessment Schemes, e.g. CHAS etc are compliant for a Stage 1 Assessment. Which in essence if your supply chain have this type of accreditation will leave your company to undertake the Stage 2. Hope this is of help. Regards

Thanks for that but I am really looking for a format of this. I was hoping that I could get a few copies so that I can get a few ideas on how to improve our current one. Thanks
