If a person is injured in an RTA would this still be classed as a RIDDOR reportable incident? Yes the IP has been off for over 3 days but in previous circumstances e.g. a RTA fatality I was advised that this was not a RIDDOR as it was dealt with by VOSA & the Police Any educated responses are appreciated Thanks

Assuming that the RTA wasn't involving highways works etc then IMO it is not reportable even if the person has been off for more than 3 days as a result.
