L73, (Third edition, published 2008). Is this the latest guide to RIDDOR and will it be replaced following introduction of the revision/s? Will the Regs be RIDDOR 2012? Do we really need a 92 page document on reporting accidents?

If it was only 92 pages - what about the countless HELA docs that have been published!!!
