I am trying to source a copy of Lord Cullen's 1990 report into the Piper Alpha disaster for a case study, as a reference text. Can anybody point me in the direction of a pdf version of this please? Thanks KJTNZ.

I don't believe it's available as a .pdf. This probably won't help much but it was published by HMSO in 1990 in two volumes ISBN 0-10-113102-X, price at that time £38.
