Re. International H&S Responsibilities Could you help with the following or perhaps point me in the right direction? My company operates in a number of countries throughout the world and I would like to understand how it stands with respect to H&S issues. My CEO is wondering how he and our governing body could or would carry responsibility. What, if any, is the accountability with respect to, say, any blatant overseas H&S breaches? Any guidance would be most gratefully received.
