Does anybody have any experience in developing and implementing an effective employee H&S survey, if anybody would like to share some ideas with me it would be much appreciated. I work for a multi sit organisation based across the Middle East and North Africa and I'm trying to gauge the effectiveness of our safety programme, training, management system etc. Any advice from people who have already developed something similar and some do's and dont's would help.
