Hi, I am wondering if there is any guidanace/standard detailing the requirements relating to the inspection/testing of EX rated electrical and mechnical equipment used in Ex rated environments. Guidance on what the programme should entail and what the frequency should be. I'm sure details may be included in O&M manuals but these may not be available for all items. Thanks, Walsh

Thanks for that. Is there an equivalent for non-electrical equipment? Must say your dog looks very chilled out!

it's a state I always like to be in ...doesn't always work tho'... Depends what it is - FLT is Ex areas is EN 1834 parts 1&2 and EN 1755.
