i am wanting to know if anyone pays for the services offered by some companies to keep you up to date with legislative changes etc. for example croners? i have been asked to evaluate this and decide if a subscription would add value? or would it be a waste? comments / experience welcome thank you in advance Andy

You can subscribe to the HSE notifications which include legislative changes, consultations, prosecutions etc. Used to subscribe but the costs were pretty high.

With regard to http://www.hse.gov.uk/legislation/forthcoming.htm, there used to be 4 sections along the line of - Legislation due in April, Due in October, EU Directives and other consultations. These seem to have disappeared and now I'm not sure where I can find out what is forthcoming, rather than after it has actually happened. I phoned HSE & they couldn't help. Anywhere else I can look? many thanks
